After ongoing meetings with the Developer - your Development Committee would like to let you know that we believe that we will sign off on the Project Delivery Agreements within the next week.

This is great news for the club and the developers - Chamber Developments. This will trigger the $250,000 commitment fee to be paid to the club.

The next steps will be for the Developer to submit their Development Application (DA) to the club within three months. The DA then will be lodged with the relevant authorities and has been given a maximum time frame of 12 months for approval.

So exciting times ahead at Shortland Waters. Bring it on!
